Local Businesses and Leaders Launch "United to Rebuild" in Cocoa, FL to Protect Children, and Invite Corporate Sponsors for Final Summer Push

– As summer reaches its peak, a unique coalition of local businesses, faith leaders, and out-of-state advocates have banded together to launch "United to Rebuild" in Cocoa, FL.

The grassroots initiative was designed to ensure that local children have a safe, enriching, and inspiring environment while school is out and it is proving that community collaboration is the ultimate catalyst for neighborhood revitalization. Spearheaded by the strategic cause marketing consulting firm iPromote Hope, the program is currently providing a transformative summer camp experience for a pilot group of 10 local youth.

The initiative has already seen incredible support from community pillars. Chef Kamal Philibert of Philibert Kitchen recently hosted an interactive "Little Chef Day," teaching the children culinary skills and cultural pride. Glad International Ministries Inc., under the dedicated leadership of Bishop Herbert Wash and Minister Stephanie Wash, has also stepped in to provide vital enrichment programs, staff and volunteer support to ensure the success of our united mission.

The program's financial integrity is backed by its 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor, Christ Vessel Inc, a ministry focused on spreading love and joy through movement. Christ Vessel ensures that 100% of all donations given to sponsor children are granted directly to school break activities in Cocoa. Furthermore, the founder of Christ Vessel, Amy Williams is partnering with the initiative to bring specialized movement and dance programming to Cocoa's youth for upcoming school breaks.

"We are incredibly grateful for the first four weeks of this summer program, but this is about more than just keeping kids busy today it's about rewriting the story of a forgotten city for tomorrow," said Myrna Miott, the visionary behind iPromote Hope. "Through iPromote Hope, we are uniting businesses and ministries to sponsor our children right now, which lays the groundwork for our ultimate mission: utilizing our fund, Bethel Redemptive Capital, to acquire permanent commercial real estate in Cocoa so vital community programs like these are never displaced."

With four highly successful weeks completed, United to Rebuild is now issuing an open invitation to the broader business community to help fund the final six weeks of the summer program. The initiative is seeking to raise less than $10,000 to bridge the gap and guarantee these 10 children can finish their summer strong.

Organizers are highlighting this as a premier "cause marketing" opportunity for local businesses, restaurant owners, and corporations who want to make a tangible impact while being publicly recognized for their investment in Cocoa's future.

"When local businesses step up to sponsor a camper, they aren't just making a donation; they are joining a coalition that is actively rebuilding our community," Miott added. "We want to unite the business community to be a part of Cocoa's new history chronicles."

Individuals and corporations interested in sponsoring a child's remaining summer weeks and even future school breaks, or businesses looking to partner for future community asset initiatives, can view sponsorship tiers and make tax-deductible contributions by visiting the link below.
